Dr. Jean Esser
Dr. Jean Esser is a 1976 graduate of the University of Wisconsin - Madison and a 1980 graduate of the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry. She has practiced general dentistry in Horicon since July of 1980.
Dr. Esser's professional memberships include the American and Wisconsin Dental Associations and the Columbia-Dodge-Marquette Dental Society. She is a past president of the Columbia-Dodge-Marquette Dental Society. Dr. Esser has achieved Fellowship status in the Academy of General Dentistry, having completed over 500 hours of certified continuing education and having passed a rigorous written examination. She is also a member of the American Orthodontic Society.
Jean is a member of the Rotary Club of Horicon. Dr. Esser is a certified Hunter Safety Instructor and assists with the Horicon Hunter Education program.
She enjoys bicycling, cross country skiing, hunting and birdwatching.

Dr. Theodore Krueger
Dr. Ted Krueger is a 1985 graduate of Marquette University School of Dentistry. Ted Joined the practice in 1990 after serving in the United States Army from 1985-1988. Dr. Krueger regularly participates in continuing dental education classes through out the United States.
Dr. Krueger is a member of the Wisconsin Dental Association and the Columbia-Dodge-Marquette Dental Society. He is a past president of the Columbia-Dodge-Marquette Dental Society.
Locally Dr. Krueger is involved in the Horicon Chamber of Commerce.

Dr. John Borja
Dr. John Borja attended Marquette Univerisity and Marquette University School of Dentistry, graduating in 1986. After receiving his diploma in dentistry, he served for eight years in the U.S. Navy Dental Corps, where he achieved the rank of Lieutenant Commander. He was honorably discharged in 1994 and entered private practice.
Dr. John joined Dr. Esser and Dr. Krueger in 2000. He especially enjoys cosmetic dentistry, periodontal therapy, root canal therapy and implant restorations.
Dr. Borja is a member of the Wisconsin Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry and the Columbia-Dodge-Marquette Dental Society, where he currently holds the position of president.
Locally Dr. Borja is a member of the Horicon American Legion Post 157.

Our staff of hygienists have over 70 years of dental hygiene experience behind them. Their goal is to provide the best preventative and comprehensive care to our patients.
During your visit they strive to obtain a complete medical history, through an oral examination and full evaluation of your periodontal (gum) health. After a full evaluation your dental cleaning is individualized to your personal needs.
Through their continuing education they will keep you up to date on current products and procedures as they relate to your oral health care needs.
Their collective interests include: golfing, baking, crafts, biking, hiking, hockey, softball, volleyball, and boating.

Dental Assistants

Our team of Certified Dental Assistants greatly increase the efficiency of the dentist in the delivery of quality oral health care and are valuable members of the dental care team. They have strong communication skills and enjoy working with patients and each other.
In addition to assisting the dentist during a variety of procedures, dental assistants have other specific tasks to perform including: taking and developing dental radiographs(x-rays), sterilizing instruments and equipment, taking impressions of patients' teeth and a variety of laboratory procedures.
To better serve our patients, all are CPR certified and pursue knowledge and skills through continuing education courses.
Their collective interests include: quilting, boating, camping, dancing, golfing, gourmet cooking, sports and shopping.

Office Staff

Sue, Judy, Diane, and Sherri
Our friendly, courteous office staff will greet you when you call or visit our office. They are here to make appointments for you in our office or with specialists. They will file insurance claims and pre-treatment estimates and will answer your insurance questions. Financial agreements can be arranged with our front office staff.
They enjoy serving our current patients and look forward to meeting new patients.
Their collective interests include: walking, scrapbooking, golfing, camping, sports, swimming, volunteering, and fishing.
